Return Policy

We want our customers to be happy and will gladly offer a refund or replacement in the case of fulfillment errors on our part. No other returns or refunds are offered. There are no refunds or returns on commissions.


If you receive a product you did not order and wish to replace it with the correct item, please notify us at hoovercomms@gmail.com within seven (7) days of your purchase. We will evaluate the situation and determine the most fair and expeditious course of action.


If a refund (rather than replacement) is approved, you will be refunded via your original payment method. Receipt of refund depends on the speed of service of your bank or credit card company.
